Never can be too hot to eat pho! The famous Vietnamese noodle recipe tradition that can never get old to me. The past few days over here in San Jose has been at least 80 degrees or above and all I’m craving is pho. The perfect lunch to me during this time of year would be a great big bowl of pho with the fresh bean sprouts crunching in your mouth every time you take a bite. Not to mention the mint leaves and the hot sriracha sauce! After everything, i like to treat myself with either a strawberry smoothie with pearls or a Thai tea with pearls.
